I was introduced to Agi and his team by a friend over 12 years ago because I too was looking into investing in some properties with the aim of letting them and becoming a Landlord.

Northstar, Agi's company, provided me with a service second to none. They located the properties, helped with obtaining mortages, sorted all the legals and actually found me tenants.

Even after all these years he and Stelios along with his team are always there for help and friendly advise.

I was already renting my late mothers flat out when I was introduced to Agi by friends of mine 18 years ago, who had invested in property through him. My husband had died and left some money for my two boys, who were both minors at the time.

Agi explained to me how investing in rental property would provide two income streams; the rental income itself and also any increase in the value of the property. He sourced 5 properties in total for me and took control of all aspects of purchasing, doing whatever was necessary to bring the property up to a reasonable standard and then renting through a local authority, who would give me a 2/3/5 year lease and would pay monthly and on time. I really didn’t have to do very much at all.

Agi would always provide a solution if there was a problem. I am very interested now to become involved in his new venture. I trust him completely and he has never let me down in 18 years!

Many years ago I was given an introduction to Northstar and Agi Eugenio. This was a huge break for me and genuinely life changing for my finances. This investment and continual support from Agi and his team has been invaluable and now more so then ever during the current financial instability.

I've been working with Agi and the Northstar team since 2016. I now have 2 properties, one in Neasden and one in Chelmsford. The process for both was very straightforward.

Agi viewed properties on my behalf and then invited me to look at them with him. We'd go through the Return on Investment looking at the property cost, the refurbishment required and then the rental income. Once we'd agreed on a property then the Northstar team swing into action. It is set up with mortgage brokers, solicitors and surveyors to help with the purchase of the property. Once the property is bought, Marius from Northstar completed the refurbishments. I still call on Marius now to help me! Once completed, Agi organises the handover wth the Housing Association or Local Authority.

The whole process is very slick and well organised. I think the main thing for me is the relationship with Northstar isn't over when the property is completed. I am in regular dialogue with Agi and call on him for advice and help with the properties. He is always happy to help and always available to talk to on the phone. If asked .. would I recommend Northstar then I would definitely say yes.

We have been advised by Agi Eugenio (North Star Properties - NSP) on all things property since 2005.

During a period around 2006/07 we purchased a total of 5 properties through NSP; after having been shown numerous opportunities. Two of these properties are situated in Brent and the other three are in the Kensal Rise / Maida Vale area in London.

NSP provides a turn key service which means they source it, provide financial funding options if required, purchase the property, refurbish it and provide a tenant with a 3 year lease through a London Local Authority or a Housing Association with a guaranteed rent and you can be involved a little or as much as you like.

All five properties have been continuously occupied and rent paid without fail providing a reliable income source and in addition to that the properties have increased in value by around 6% per annum.

It has been a pleasure doing business with Agi over the past 18 years and I highly recommend him and NSP to you.
